If you ever happen to observe property being defaced first-hand, we urge you to call 911 in order to have an officer dispatched immediately through the CenCom (911) dispatch center. At the very least, the officer can use the opportunity to educate the offender (or offenders) and possibly cite them as well. Since the offender (or offenders) is obviously long gone, I forwarded the information to our public works department, at 206-842-1212 so they can address the graffiti in the roadway. It's really quite disappointing to see this kind of racial intolerance and I'm sorry your neighborhood has to suffer the consequences of one or more obviously uneducated individuals.
