Used paybyphone app for parking. I'm so glad walnut creek added this to the meters. It's convenient and works great in other cities. Now parking enforcement in WC should learn how to use it. I got a ticket after using the app. Now I have to go out of my way to fix the city's mistake by writing a letter, getting proof of purchase, paying for postage. Unfair and not right. Make it so I can dispute my ticket online and it's not a big deal. Geeeeez.
