parking for more densely packed walkable shops along Meridian would be great

The fences defeat the entire purpose of raising the interstate. It was suppose to keep it open and usable. It would be a great place for a Farmer's Market. No need for permanent structures, they can sell off trailers and racks under pop up tents.

The dog park, veterans park and widening repair of Meridian St. are all nice additions - but...there is a ton of space still not used under 565 interstate. It is now a mosquito pit and unattractive but it could be used for such a wonderful downtown space. As others have suggested...more parking, Farmer's Market - Art Festivals...
