Description

The lights at Capital Blvd and Highwooods Blvd, and Capital Blvd and Westinghouse Blvd are timed poorly. Every morning traffic backs up during nearly every light change because the light at Highwoods is red when all of the traffic from Westinghouse moves onto Capital. This is a small mess this morning, so mornings it is much worse.

I sat at my green light long enough to pull my phone out of my purse, unlock it, take 2 pictures, lock my phone and put it back up, before any of the traffic moved south bound on Capital, or more importantly, onto Highwoods Blvd.
