The lots in front of Butler Academy (old Burger King property) and the adjoining lot( site of former community garden) need mowing and landscaping attention. Is there a related city ordinance for maintaining lots in the city limits?

A house in the 500 block of 6th street has been under remodeling??? status for several years. The property
continues to be loaded with trash and debris.
