Description

During the school year, especially winter when it is dark in the morning, people turning left out of the school visitors parking lot and student drop off circle pose a huge hazard. They block traffic trying to get across the road because the left turn lane is always backed up with students turning into the student lot. They also endanger the students walking across the street from the condos and apartments.
