Description
We are seeing an epidemic of gang graffiti on the neighborhood around our house, on buildings, dumpsters, poles, storefronts- everywhere. Rough young people exchange spray cans openly between cars on the street. The city has got to get ahead of this problem, or the neighborhood will go to hell. I'm in SE Lakeview, in the 2800 block of N Cambridge Ave. Help!
