Description
The intersection of Haverwood and The Tollway is a nightmare at rush hour. The lights for the North and South bound lanes of the Tollway service road change too fast. Therefore, traffic backs up forever on the South bound service road. Yet the signals for East and West bound traffic on Haverwood stay green forever, and there is no traffic. Please correct City of Dallas!
