Thank you for reporting this issue to the City and for helping keep the street clear of obstructions. Staff has sent a letter a letter to the owner(s) of record to let the him/her know this stanchion is in violation of City ordinance 09-364. This will also allow the owner(s) a chance to move the stanchion to private property before the City attempts to impound it.
