Why pick on Chester St Christchurch. I thought there would be plenty to think about.
I set this Watch Area up in my work with SeeClickFix to convince them there was good opportunities down under (Australia and New Zealand). I set this up late last year , so well before disastrous quake this year.
This is a proper site albeit not set up correctly yet with proper support infrastructure. I could help you with this and SCF would be a great tool to use to support/report issues in Christchurch - and get then solved, if we can market the site and get people involved using the site 9as it is intended).
