Description

Abandoned car on corner of 25th Ave and E. 15th St. Mostly black truck with white. Has junk in the back creating a varmint infestation. Interesting how it has not gotten a parking ticket on street sweeping days yet other vehicles around it have. Goes to show city of oakland Interested in taxing revenues from residents and knows they won't collect money from Abandoned cars from the homeless. Shame!!!
