Tree has been dead for over a year. Was told by public works gentleman who came to clean up the canyon that I should submit this dead tree for removal before it falls on my fence or house

All licensed arborists that have come to look at other tree on my lot have told me that tree is a problem.

I recognize that the tree will need to be removed but unfortunately this fiscal years the budget for tree was exhausted on other pressing tree issues. I will bring the concern to or Fiscal Analyst in hopes to find additional funds to remove tree. If tree is not removed it will be put on next fiscal years tree list.

Tree is still standing and only deteriorating more and more.

Tree is still dead and branches falling off, tree guys were here today 10/12/2023 at our Next door neighbors property clearing living trees from the open space behind his home. But somehow this dead tree still remains. Very interesting.
