Description
Black Ram pickup truck (license plate #83379B3) with blacked out windows has been parking on the sidewalk blocking all walking access every day for months (even when multiple open spots are available on the street). Notes left on the window asking to please not block the sidewalk have been ignored.
There are two schools on this block and I've observed children, elderly, and disabled folks having to step into the street on a daily basis. Included is a photo of a man in a wheelchair who had to wheel out into the street to get past the vehicle and was nearly hit by a speeding car while doing so. Please address -- as this is a serious public safety threat.
