This is the 4th report I have sent in about Fairview Avenue between Marshal and University. The street, especially under I-94 is completely falling apart. The potholes are so huge and numerous that cars are swerving into other lanes trying to avoids them. I do not see any city trucks out fixing the St Paul streets. Shields Avenue between Fairview and Midway Hospital is full of huge, deep potholes. As well as Hamline and Pascal Avenues in the Midway. Why are the streets not being repaired? I have never seen streets in such horrible condition.
