Please have a supervisor contact within 1 business day to discuss this unbelievable delay. I pay for this service with people taxes. Will I be getting a refund since the services are not being done? As I walk around my neighborhood I see countless piles of debris that have been airing for many weeks. This is public embarrassment! Appears that it is about time to involve the local media so that they can investigate the problem.
