I left my container at the road until 9:00pm on 05-10-14. I moved it back from the road then due to it looking bad as it is the only one on the street, I plan on placing it back at the street on Monday 05-12-14. This is the 2nd time I have reopened the case. Why does it get closed when the job has not been done???
