in the area from e36st to pearl av to railroad tracks to rt254 there are at least 50 empty lots that are not taken care of the ditches have 8 inch around trees in the growing in them ,you cant see at any of the stop signs,you cant see people droping off unwanted pets,garbage ,tires ect. because the weeds are 8ft tall starting in the ditches to the back of the lots .included in these lots are three city parks,some of the houses need torn down ,and the city wants the rest of us to keep are grass cut nice and neat,the mesqetos are so bad you can forget cooking out ,cutting grass, anything outside after 6:00 pm, i have lived in this area for 33 years its still the same in SOUTH LORAIN
