Description
This morning at 8:30 a.m. there was a large block of concrete 2-3' wide directly on the canal walk path (it had not been there yesterday evening when I was on that same path). On the North side of the island, just north of the Brown's Island stage, under the Bridge. You can see where it has fallen from the Manchester Bridge directly onto the path, along with other smaller bits of concrete. The path should be secured immediately to prevent anyone from walking under this point in the bridge! It would have seriously injured anyone had they been hit. Thanks!
