Description

the catch basins are clear and dwsd has vactor'd them previously. the problem is with the pipes that exit them. with each passing storm, the problem is getting exponentially worse and now we hear a hissing sound from the water draining through the cracks in the street and not going down the drain. I fear the next report will be of a caved in street over sewer. please use a camera to inspect the pipes. this has been repeatedly reported over the years and the only fix has been vactor'ing the basins. please inspect and fix this problem properly. thank you.
