Description

The 36" stormwater pipe that flows from behind 4307 Village Oaks Lane, continuing underground down the south side of Village Oaks Lane, and terminating in a detention pond located between 4331 & 4333 Village Oaks Lane, has several problems. At the entry point, the pipe has dropped away from the head wall, and is rusting out on its bottom, throughout it's length.
