Description

Blacktop was laid in 5 different spots in front of my house because my sidewalk is uneven and my neighbor tripped and fell last summer. Now the blacktop is crumbling and being tracked into my home as well as how ugly and unprofessional it looks. Could this be repaired by cutting sidewalk on an angle like have seen in other streets in my neighborhood. Thank you!!
