Sewage water still exiting through break in the middle of street on Skyline Blvd. Flow is intermittent during various times of day, flowing out across traffic lanes and pooling at edge of street is clearly visible. Issue was already reported. Was reported on # 1131784 and closed. The location is marked with white paint. Road surface is degrading at location.
