Coming from Beltway on Rt. 7 there is a Flashing
Yellow Lights Sign to warn drivers to reduce speed to 25mph as they are about to enter
Falls Church City. The lights have not been working for months.
It would certainly make
it safer to cross the street......Most people now enter the City here at approx 45mph
( This sign is in Fairfax County adjacent to George Mason High School)

Problem unsolved after a few years now.
Someone is going to be hurt or killed as a result of people entering Falls Church on Rt 7 from Tyson's/beltway at an average of 35-40 miles an hour. . .and many driving at 50mph plus(even trucks). I believe the state of VA is responsible for this easy fix.
