Description
A few weeks back I reported a huge pothole in the street. Last night it was repaired and the workers left a 4 foot square of concrete about 2 feet deep marked only by two cones. That clearly didnt cut it, because by morning it appeared that at least one care has majorly offroaded into this thing and now it is way worse off than when it started.

The City only restores utility ditches made by the Water Department. Other utilities restore their own ditches.
Please let us know if the Water Department was out there so that we can enter a service request. Otherwise, PECO or PGW would have to be contacted.
