I think we need to show up to one of the city councils meetings. Bc posting our concerns on this page doesn’t seem to work. Old cars parked on the street and the condition of the yards in this subdivision is ridiculous. I honestly hate coming home and driving through the subdivision. I’ve been here 19 years and it has gotten worst.

I’m going to call a free consultation lawyer and find out my rights in the case of a life threatening emergency and fire dept or emergency vehicles couldn’t get thru who’d be responsible.

The case has been received by cod enforcement, and we will be investigating. Thank you.

This issue with parking on the street has been brought up months again, acknowledgements have been said, code enforcement looking into it etc. Nothing was still done,,, we’ll see what happens this time.

Sad to say nothing is gonna be done! We need to go to city hall!

@Henry County Homeowner, please post what you find out from a lawyer. As I posted in another street parking post, if I’m ever in an accident because of parked cars on the street, I will include the city in any lawsuits I file.
