Description
I am alarmed at the growing homeless population dwelling at Econome, Briggs, and Raleys shopping center.
I would like to urge everyone to not enable this behavior by providing handouts.
City of Folsom needs to enforce no camping in our public space.
This morning at 820am girl's SURF soccer club arriving had to walk passed someone sleeping on a picnic table under the canopy.

Them it just keeps them from having to eat from trash cans or from starving to death.the people who are homeless here In folsom are mostly locals who grew up here so they have every right to be here. Yeah it would be ideal if people could find a spot away from any business or residence but sometimes that’s not possible I know I’ve slept in some areas that I wouldn’t choose but because of exhausting myself out recycling to try and make some $$$$
I would sometimes crash out in area or place I didn’t want to but sometimes your body shuts down and there is not much u can do but get some sleep. So I say leave the sleeping human alone until noon then maybe it’s time for them to move along and find a better sleep spot
But not helping out people with hygiene and food when u can afford it or when u have extra should be a crime and we shouldn’t stop helping people because we would rather them not be posted up where they are
