Duringthis weekend's rainfall and previous storms the inbound land of E. Independence Blvd. strom drains back up and flood the area. Unaware drivers driving this area at night never see the large ponding of water, hydroplane and spin out against barrier and into other cars. There were over 5 wrecks in this one spot in one day. The storm drain need to be cleaned or enlarged to accommodate more water.
