Description
The catch basins close to this home needs to be cleaned with the vac-all or some type of suction equipment. These drains have not drained in a long while. Someone has actually put a cone in front of the drain; on going problem. Also, the basins on the corner at Lothrop and Hanover St; there is no debri on the basins.
