Please stop ignoring us! We want a Slow Street!

If Colby is going to remain a Slow Street, a formal traffic study should be done on the impact this has caused on Hillegass.

A. Either remove Colby Slow Street, or give the same for Hillegass. It's been over a year, and the pandemic is over.
