Description

Deep square "hole" cut into pavement with a shallower trench extended back toward sidewalk. First noticed more than 1 week ago. No orange cone or sprayed marking on the pavement to alert drivers to this hazard. Do not know if this is the homeowner's responsibility, but tire damage is a predicted result on this heavily traveled route. Impossible to see at night.
