Description

asphalt was put on the sidewalk in an attempt to level out the uneven pavement (I suppose caused by tree roots). Its been there about a week and the asphalt is loose, cracking and looks terrible, and is getting spread all over the sidewalk. I am not sure why black asphalt was used instead of concrete. It will become a tripping hazard again and not useful for handicapped or people that have trouble walking
