Description
Vacant derelict building covered on all visible sides with graffiti and off color paint patches. The eyesore extends from sidewalk to roof line.
Clearly there is no pride of ownership exhibited in the lack of maintenance.
If there is a graffiti reduction ordinance, this would be the poster child for it's enforcement.
