I believe the city tore the houses down now the vacant lots for at least two blocks have some sort of ?art? / graffiti littering this area.

There is a guy that goes around by the handle "HARD YARD" that is doing the majority of gorilla style graffiti and "art" in the Gray Highway / Emery Highway corridor beer bottles and liquor bottles turned up-side down on bushes and trees, Smile faces spray painted on garbage bags and tree stumps look across from the hospital.
I know for a fact the employees at Finchers on Gray Highway know who this character is and the employees of the Precision Tune do to , he was cutting their grass and putting smile faces in their yard and then spray painting the grass, I guess they stopped that.
GOOD LUCK, his "art" sat out there in front of this intersection for about a year or two and no response from the city, like it was not even there.
