Description

RESIDENT STATES THAT THE PIPE RUNNING UNDER THE ROAD FROM SHADOW LAWN AND LAKE WOOD ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE IS STOPPED AND AND THE WATER IS RUNNING DOWN INTO THE YARD AND CAUSING MAJOR FLOODING.
