Description

Nstar came and removed an old utility pole this winter. However, they did not fill the hole properly and did not close it with asphalt. Now it is fairly deep and it will compromise a brand new street asphalt surface we got last fall. Could you please fill in the hole and close it with asphalt so it does not represent a hazard and damage the brand new street surface?
