Description
St. Andrews drive needs stop signs at every intersection. It is very difficult to turn onto St. Andrews from Wellington. People speed regularly hitting mail boxes frequently. This neighborhood has many children and people walking. This road is used frequently for people that do not live in the neighborhood as a cut thru street instead of Cason Lane. The stop signs would encourage cut through drivers to take Carson Lane instead and slow the speeders.
