HO Brian called CS this morning and spoke with Mary. She called Antis, and they were on the other line with Brian. Mary sent work order to Antis as follows: "Roof is leaking in same area of front bedroom that was repaired in April 2011. The ceiling is buckling and in danger of collapsing. Please contact owner Brian at (949) 241-5434 as soon as possible. Since this is in the same area that was repaired previously, please advise if not covered under warranty. Tarp if repairs cannot be completed right away. Thank you"
