Description

I am not sure what category to put this in. There is a low hanging wire along the sidewalk down Huron here. It is low enough that anyone could reach up and grab it (even kids). It is not a power line but appears to be wrapped around the power line at both ends.

GA Power looked at it and said they thought it was a phone line and wouldn't touch it even though it's wrapped on their line and would seem to be a safety issue.

AT&T came out to look - I am not sure if they determined it to be their line or not but made it clear they don't correct things like that unless someone's service goes out.
