A. The "beg button" for the bicycles on 17th does not work properly or quickly. Once pushed, it takes a long time for the walk signal on Lake to blink and then it stops blinking and resumes Walk. In essence, the bike beg button does not change the light like it should. Unacceptable on a bike blvd!
