I once wrote about this almost two years ago about how this unused parking lot needs to be a park. I was told that the city didn't own this empty lot but were looking to build a park nearby. 2 years later, I haven't seen any parks near this and that empty lot is still being used as a playground for families. These families are having to have their kids play on asphalt. An area that would be great to build a small park for the people that live in the apartments. IF the city can't do anything about it, I would like to know who owns that lot so I can take it up with them. Thank you.
