Correct me if I'm wrong but we do have a city arborist and a tree commission, correct? This is not a building code issue therefore please refer to the correct departments so this can be addressed quickly.

Yes, we have a City Arborist, but he is not on the SeeClickFix list of eligible assignees. The Building Department has been forwarding the issues to him via email.

Issue forwarded to City Arborist for inspection.

The City Arborist reports this is a civil matter as the tree is on private property. He could not view the tree in question as it is in rear of home. No access by City streets, alleyway or sidewalk. Could not enter private property.
