This has been reported to FPL on numerous occasions and still no results. There is a downed, coiled, black-coated electrical wire with a cylindrical spring-like unit hanging within reach over the Northside/westbound sidewalk on Miramar Pkwy, just East of of SW 184th Ave. Children walk this path home from Sunset Lakes Elementary to SIlverLakes. URGENT!
