This Is RIDICULOUS. I have inquired about this horrendous property with the LWW office in previous years, with zero answers. It is outragous that this is allowed to continue in an HOA community. Why are we paying $600 fees every year? All while this property continues to literally fall apart, bring down the neighborhood, lower property values, and negatively effect resell if our homes.

This is absurd now 2 years later and still better than ever!!!!!!!!!!!

It's being fixed up! Yay!! I am so happy about this house being fixed, now onto 363 Jefferson Park Dr.
