Description

The owners at this address let the dog out as often as every hour or more beginning as early as 6:30 am and as late as 12:30 am. The dog barks almost the entire 10 -15 minutes it's outside. It is impossible to do anything requiring any peace and quiet while the dog is outside - nap, enjoy the backyard and have a conversation outside, work or read. The barking can be heard from a block away. I don't know why it doesn't bother the owners, why they don't walk the dog and why they let it out to bark so much and disrupt the neighborhood. Please ask them to find a solution. No one else allows their dogs to bark like this!
