This person repeatedly park their car on the accessibility ramp. They do it to unload stuff and they leave it there for more than an hour most times. They live in the house in the photo.
My disabled friend was visiting me today and we could not wander around my neighborhood because this person was blocking the ramp needed for my friends wheelchair.
Please send somebody out to deal with this person. They do this frequently. They were there last night. They were there again this morning for over an hour and a half.
The neighbor a door so down plug their electric vehicle cord into the car and blocks the sidewalk with a cord. Which makes it dangerous for me to walk around the neighborhood because I am disabled. There is a lot of people who use mobility devices in this neighborhood yet these people think they can block the sidewalk with a cord and the other person thinks they can just park on the sidewalk.
