Description

This garbage dump started out as a homeless encampment over a month and a half ago. Public Works has so far REFUSED to clean this up even though I have repeatedly posted photos of the site (See #962211.) What do you have to do to get someone to take concern about the parks in Oakland? Do we have to "pay to play" to get something done here?

The photo here was taken on 3/28/14.
