Description
A blinking cross walk for pedestrians since it is difficult for drivers to see, especially at night, and I have experienced where cars don't stop until they already passed me. It is scare to cross the street there. Also kids go to school crossing over there to the bike lane on shoreline and it is a constant worry for parents.
