Description

At the intersection of Pooler Pkwy and Pine Barren Rd., the left turn signal in the southbound lane (towards I-16) is malfunctioning again. It will turn green to turn on to Pine Barren Rd. even when no vehicles are present. However, I've noticed if there are vehicles in the northbound lane (towards U.S, 80) when the light is red for Pooler Pkwy, the left turn signal operates normally most times.
