And folks wonder why more businesses don't come to E Pt???

Hi agent Mulberry your response really doesn't mean much. I understand what the 50 worst team is,what's the action plan on this property that's been in this condition for years and when somebody started to work on it they had to "work stop" and we're not presented any additional path forward for nearly a year.
What are we neighbors do to move this property, that is about to become a squatter hole and probably worse unfortunately, something more than a one phrase reply please.
