Description

The city crew did a really great job constructing this handicap accessible Crosswalk upgrade, but it appears they left the very heavy cement waste bin blocking the sidewalk… A wheelchair cannot get around it and would have to maneuver onto the street defeating the purpose of the enhanced Crosswalk
